First floor duplex rental (2 bed, 1 bath) will be available in Bensalem, Pa starting May 1. The rent is $1399 a month including water. This unit was recently refurbished with hard wood floors and a new bathroom. As you come into the unit, the living space is off to the right and the two spacious bedrooms and bath are on the left. There is a bonus room off of the master bedroom which can be used as a den, office, or storage area or any combination. The kitchen and dining room are toward the back of the unit with a breakfast bar between the two. There is also a sliding glass door that open up to a spacious back yard. No pets will be allowed. I am posting this for my landlord, so if you have questions or would like to see the unit, let me know. The landlord will be running credit checks and processing the applications, however. Tenant pays for gas, electric, and internet/cable. The rent is $1,399 per month. $70 of the rent goes towards a shared water bill between the top and bottom units.
