Great property for college students I have rooms available (approx 11x11) in a decent sized, well-kept, 6 bedroom/2 bathroom home that is conveniently located in Saint Cloud, MN 6 beds 2 bathrooms, rooms are rented by each room. 1) Needs to be drama free and laid back. Must be respectful of other renters. Everyone in the home has full-time jobs (one renter is a full time student) and all work during the days, and sleep at night. So, the home does need to be quiet after 10pm. I have great roommates now, who are all very respectful, and will not rent to someone who cant respect this. 2) Must be able to keep common areas clean. Mainly this means cleaning up the kitchen when you are done. 3) Must have a full-time job, or be a full time student with part-time job. 4) Looking for someone who does not have much to move in, other than what will go in their bedroom. House is fully furnished outside of the 11x11 bedroom, with limited storage space. 5) Must be OK with me doing a background check (I pay for it). It is for the safety of everyone in the home. You can also be assured that everyone in the house has had one done on them as well, for your safety. You would need first months rent and security deposit before moving in. Last 2 paystubs from work for income verification. Thats about it. I've got a really laid back, drama free household right now, and am looking to keep it that way.
