There are 3 kids and a dog on the property. * We would allow a medium sized well behaved dog or cat with additional pet deposit. * There is a washer/dryer hookup. The current resident says they might leave the current machines, but it would not be part of the lease. * Landlord pays for garbage and gardener, tenant pays for water, pge. * If you are interested, please provide a little blurb on who the potential occupants will be.
