New 55" Smart TV in the living room and attached sunroom with 2 rocking chairs and 1 reclining chair to enjoy the beautiful million-dollar views of Higgins Lake. The guest cabin has 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. Can sleep up to 4 people. Small kitchen and living room with refrigerator and stove and small flat screen TV. Love seat and sofa in the living room. MAX occupancy is 10 people. No pets and no smoking allowed on the property. Maximum of 10 people. Minimum 1 WEEK rentals (check-in/check-out dates are flexible). $150 weekly cleaning fee. $3,300 weekly rental rate for both main house and cabin. $1,200 security deposit (refundable upon favorable inspection), $1,000 good faith deposit due upon signing the standard rental agreement to lock in your reservation, with the full balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
