Situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this space is ideal for someone seeking a residence while working within the Tahoe area. Not just for the ski season, we're seeking a tenant looking for a more extended stay. While you make this charming studio your home, we'll intermittently enjoy the main house as our personal retreat, visiting at least monthly. Pets: The yard is not fenced; but we have dogs and will be seeking to use our yard. More dog energy could be complicated, we'll have to have them meet. There is a dedicated renter parking space off the road; and we have plowing services. We also have a gardening and landscape service who helps maintain the yard. Utilities (gas, water, electric, plowing and trash) are $250/mo. We are looking for year long lease, and hope for a long-term, stable, local renter. We are not looking to provide a season lease. Because we will not be on the property full-time, we are looking for a renter who can help keep things clean and safe, keep an eye on the property, and keep us informed as soon as anything pops up.
