Exterior Features: This is a manufactured home, on a nice large piece of property, the street it is on and most surrounding streets are dirt roads. the homes in the area are for the most part manufactured also, with the exception of a couple of stand alone homes and a school bus (that I assume has been converted(two lots down from your property). Exterior Property is in below average standard with most of the decorative panels from the bottom of the home are missing, and the back side of the home is green with what looks like mold. the yard is large and there is only the front gate left(somebody has taken the rest of the fence.ROOF SEEMS TO BE INTACT BUT HARD TO SEE ANY PART OF IT. Interior Features: There is a fireplace, in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, and there are toilets and cabinets in the bathroom and the kitchen also has its cabinets. the flooring of the house is stained if it is carpet, and torn if it is linoleum. There are several windows that have clear tape on them to hold the glass together, and the overall home is in disrepair. The shower stall in one of the bathrooms is stained with rust from the hard water(I am guessing, but have not seen anything this color in a shower stall before) Mechanical The home has a widow air conditioner (small), it also has the pump to the well and the water softener system, non of which seem to be vandalized but pieces could be missing. The home also has the plumbing heading out to the septic system, although it is visible and above ground(the piping). The hot water heater is still at the property but there is no longer an inside air handler or outside ac unit, fuse box is there and seems operable. There is a range dish washer and built in microwave but not sure of there condition, or if they are still in working order
