Convenient bus service to UW campus or anywhere in Seattle. Covered bike parking is available for students who bike to campus. The second floor furnished bedroom with a southern view is available. Bathroom is shared with another person. Common areas include laundry room, kitchen, and living room. Currently professional and mature student share this clean house. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Rent is $825 per month. Utility bills and high speed internet are included in the rent. First and last month's rent plus $350 deposit required for move-in. References, credit and background checks are part of the application process. Application form must be completed. One-year lease agreement is preferred. Security deposit of $350 plus first and last months' rent shall be paid upon signing of rental lease agreement. For 6-month or longer lease terms there is an option to pay the security deposit and last months rent in 6 consecutive equal installments.
