My favorite features are the wonderful custom deck and the spacious kitchen. My husband, of course, loves the bonus room because it can handle a large television and a pool table. We have 2 children and they have enjoyed having large bedrooms but more than anything they love the neighborhood. This is the kind of place where people still look out for one another, kids can play outside without incident, and you can leave your bike on the front lawn for days without anyone taking it. We have been very fortunate to have great neighbors! The kids have lots of friends and so do we. The schools are also an added benefit. Jacobs Road Elementary is a wonderful place and my children have flourished there. In addition, my son attended Manchester Middle School. They have a wonder staff that is caring and very involved. Manchester Middle also has one of Chesterfield’s best Honors and Center Based Gifted (CBG) programs. We hope that you will love this home as much as we have.
