The good news is the first qualifying renter with a deposit can choose new decor: paint color, blinds, and new vent covers. In addition, there are new energy efficient windows, a new refrigerator and laminated floors are only a year old. Pictures are from before the fire or repairs. You can easily pop over after work and on weekends. There is a playground for the kids and a dog walking park. The Arlington/Stanwood area is growing and becoming more crowded with many new apartments. But less than 5 miles off I-5, you can have the best of both worlds: access to all the new stores and restaurants, while still living in a peaceful country environment with a beach across the street. We recently added IKEA laminated floors throughout the house except the kitchen/utility and bathrooms. Note we didn't have the trim up in the current pictures, but it has been added. The dishwasher, range, washing machine, dryer, and water heater have all been replaced in the last 5 years. We keep our rents below market because we want the best tenants who are happy to live in our homes, so we expect this to go quickly. We will accept the first applicants who can move in shortly and undergo and pass an objective credit test using the cozy web site. Cats are free. Dogs and other pets are allowed with no extra deposit but the rent is a little higher ($15-$35/pet depending on size). Large dogs require a kennel or you can rent one from us. Lawn mowing is included in the rent, which also includes water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for garbage, electricity, and of course cable/phone or other optional services. Owner pays water and septic. Tenant pays electric and garbage. No smoking is allowed in the house. There are two parking spots in front of the house. Pets are allowed for slightly higher rent.
