Ours was the second. All the other homes are single-story. Small-ish neighborhood. Our end is pretty "tight." We know each other well enough to "look out" for each other during the vacation season. Some are retired, some new families, ALL really nice people! Great "walking the dog" neighborhood. Also, our high school has changed from Hunter Huss to Forestview which was built in 2009(?).
