This is a paired ranch townhome. So 1 side is connected to a neighbor & it's one main level. The green bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, curtains & shades, desk, office chair, brand NEW 55" TV, floor lamp, dresser, nightstand & bench. Anything not needed, can be stored, to give you more room for your things. Additional storage is available. Utilities are included: water, sewer, electric, gas, regular landscaping, wi-fi & trash service. You are welcome to put up your own TV on the wall or dresser. This is a 6-12 month minimum lease-no exceptions! Then it's month to month with either party giving a 30 day notice, in writing, once the initial 6 months have been fulfilled. Again, MUST be a non-smoker/s. Private Landlord. Must do a tenant screening & be responsible. A 6 month minimum lease is required per our HOA. Then it will automatically continue month to month. After the initial time, either party can give a thirty day notice, in writing, to discontinue the agreement. You may bring up to 3 guests with you to the pool/gym. There is to be no smoking/drugs/vaping inside or outside. Parking is to be first in the driveway & then overflow behind house, on Umbria Drive. This is ONLY the stretch between Corsico Lane & Calabria Lane. Any car parked on the street after midnight, otherwise & without a window decal, will be subject to towing. So have friends park in the driveway & park your vehicle on the street behind the house.
