--Available for move in now-- (short term rental ok) What's up! For rent is a furnished room with a private entrance in our 4 bedroom Sherman Oaks house. The house has a big front yard and back yard with fruit trees, open kitchen, and there's always a bunch of street parking. The house is right next to the Sherman Oaks Galleria which has a movie theater and gym as well, it's literally a 3 minute walk from our house. The whole street we live on has a bunch of cool cafes, restaurants, bars, in n out, and a ton of stuff to do for miles. We are also right off the 405 freeway which lets you get anywhere pretty quick. We are a few miles from the west side, UCLA, and all that good stuff, this really is the best place in LA. There is also a bus that goes straight to UCLA from our place and a Whole Foods right across the street. We are looking for a cool person doing your thing and bringing positive vibes! There is no security deposit (because we hate them too) and it is month to month! 4/20 friendly. Short term stays are cool so if you just want to stay for like 1 or 2 months that's all good too. 3 of us also live here (all mid 20s males so looking for someone in their 20s), I'm working and building a fashion startup with my brother (he lives here), and the other roommate is a great friend and bartender. Rent is $1250/month. Utilities are included. Shared bathroom. (sorry no pets and no couples). Month to month
