This apartment is only a few years old. It has all utilities paid for. You only pay 860 dollars a month period. You have high speed internet, soft water, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, premium black plank flooring, fancy trim, Very fun coffered 10 foot ceilings, it is beautiful! It is the best location in town. It is perfect for getting anywhere you want to go fast (Bike path (Rock cut state park)_, Woodman's, places to eat, Tollway, downtown or any place in town. With utilities paid it is similar to paying about 500 for rent and then you pay utilities. I have only one unit available right now and I prefer renting to Uof I-C medical students.... The lease always expires on July 31st every year. Written notice by the last day of June is required to officially terminated the lease or a new year lease must be signed and would expire one year July 31st. Absolutely no smoking. Rent is due the 20th of every month.
