Doors from the apartment into my living space are locked from your side. Cats are really no problem and to my surprise I had a tenant with a small dog and it worked out just fine. I live upstairs with my family, so if anything breaks I can attend to it with dispatch. I am attentive to necessary repairs. Excellent location for American University and American University Law School students, just a half mile away. Please compare with others in the neighborhood, this is a great deal, underpriced on purpose to get the best tenant. The shortest lease is 10 months. This is not a short term rental for a few weeks or a few months.
