Home was a rehab project. Electrical has been upgraded, permit pulled and power is on. Plumbing has been redone but have not turned water on yet. Yard and trees cleaned up off property. Interior needs finish out. Siding on exterior has been repaired, needs repainting. Great opportunity with little money needed to get it up as a rental or to live in. I live out of town and have not been able to work on this project as I intended. There is a lockbox located and you can visit as long as you send over picture of Valid DL and picture of yourself. Serious buyers only, no agents. I am not in a need or rush to sell it. I will continue to work on as I can get down there but this will continue to drive my asking price up.
