Close to everything: CSULB, LBCC, UTI, the VA, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, the beach. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a den that is used as another living space. The common area has a nice kitchen, dining area, and front room with a usable fireplace. Central AC and forced heat. WiFi , water , gas, and trash included in rent. Rooms start at $1500 plus equal shares of the electricity bill. Perfect for Students, other Veterans, and working professionals that need somewhere safe to live and park at night. Roommates must be clean and respectful- no hard drugs, partiers, or drama. Smoking in garage / driveway only - not inside. Parking: Property has a 3-4 car driveway that can be shared on a first come first serve basis. (Single lane) There is a 2 car garage that have washer dryer hookups and can be used as a lounge hang out. No pets please. I know some folks have service animals but they should not be left unattended, bite people, make noise, or leave a mess outside in the yards. I'm thinking of hiring a cleaning lady for the common areas 2x a month but we can talk about it.
