It is located right across the street from Foxglenn Park which hosts Summer Festivals and has a popular playground, skate park, picnic areas, fields and more! The town home has lots of windows and vaulted ceilings so the space is light and bright. Upstairs are two master suites, one with a queen bed and a double fold out couch and the other with a double and a twin. The queen bedroom has a comfy, charming window nook to enjoy the sunshine. There is a small, fully enclosed back yard to enjoy the mountain air and use the BBQ with supplied propane. There is a two car garage and up to two vehicles are allowed at the home, there is no on street parking. All vehicles must fit in the garage. The Spring Meadows Town Home is ready to host you for your Northern Arizona Vacation! Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. There is a portable A/C unit in the primary bedroom that will keep the bedroom cool. It will not cool the entire home or keep the entire 2nd floor cool. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.
