Nice neighbors. Central air is installed but needs freon & inspection as it hasn't been used since install, We removed the fence shown in street view & added new porch steps, total house weather-proofing & new insulation in attic in 2011, added a walk in closet to master bedroom & an main floor laundry rm (connections were previously in basement). Added new carpet in liv rm, painted entire downstairs, new furnace in 2011. Also added linen closet upstairs.Still working on redoing downstairs bathroom. Right now the toilet is in working condition but the shower & sink lines have frozen. Toilet plumbing all replaced & insulated to prevent further freezing. Comes with built in oven & microwave, no refrigerator or washer/dryer remains with home. Also, countertop stove. They are older, but in good working order. We are working on redoing the kitchen at this time also, but we are not completely finished painting yet.Lots of built in shelving. Rock Fireplace has been redone recently. Neighborhood Description Very active in city re-development & city betterment. Have community center with several classes offered as well.
