It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge balcony with roof (enjoy fresh air even in rainy days), central air and heating, dish washer, and in-unit washer and dryer. All the windows have been recently replaced with brand new double pane windows, and the balcony has a very nice sliding glass door entrance, offering nice view of the balcony. The bedrooms are far away from the Pine street, which has few traffic and very quiet. My family has lived in the apartment for over 7 years and we like it a lot.The rent is $1,200 per month, and the tenant pays utilities.
