Great neighborhood and location. Pets are allowed. There is a garage studio behind the house that is leased so this is a shared property. The garage has a washer and dryer for both units but the house does have space for a stackable washer / dryer. Each tenant is responsible for their own electric utility with the city. There is only one water meter for the property which I pay as the owner and then split the cost between each tenant: house and garage studio 50/50 each month. Pets are allowed. Tenant will be responsible for electric and water utility. There is a $35 monthly yard maintenance fee. Background check must be clean.
