Rent is negotiable. 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse style unit with a private patio with a fenced-in yard. The bedrooms are big and the closets offer plenty of storage space. The complex is Metrowestinvestments Laguna Garden. The community is extremely quiet and convenient. 4 min walk to Safeway, 10min bus transport to the main campus. This is an extremely quiet area. The management company requires the new tenant to directly sign a contract with them. I will pay you the rent difference directly if the management company would not allow splitting the payment in the contract.
