It is all bills paid - include gas, water, electricity, trash. You need to pay your own cable and internet. I am looking for a renter who can keep this place clean and well maintenance. Good credit history is a must. You need to buy home owner's insurance (about $15~20 per month), you must be a non-smoker and NO DRUG. Also you are required to take off your shoes to get into the unit to keep the carpet clean. Sorry, but no pets allowed - per condo rules. Rent is $850 for senior citizen. $900 for one person or $950 for two persons. (You need to write two separate checks each month - $400 for me and $500 to the HOA) The condo is located at 4517 S. Peoria Ave, 74105, originally built in 1966 (well built and insulated floor and walls not a cheap apartment finishes), and completely remodeled in 2002. Great location but quiet!
