The carriage home offers two additional king bedrooms, each with a balcony and a kitchenette. The living area boasts a cozy L-shaped couch, a desk area, a large TV, and a vibrant electric fireplace. The open-layout kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and a choice of a drip coffee maker or Keurig machine. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available exclusively for guests. The private pool can be optionally heated for an additional fee, inquire for pricing. Pets are welcome with a required $200 pet fee per pet, and guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart.
