The following are the proposed lease terms for the rental of the single-family home located at 452 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, New Jersey. 1. Rent Monthly rent shall be $3,026 per month. No Pets No pets are permitted on the property at any time without prior written consent from landlord. This includes dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish tanks, and any other animals. This restriction does not apply to legally required service animals or assistance animals where required by applicable law. 9. Occupancy The property shall be used only as a private residential dwelling. Occupancy is limited to the approved tenant(s) and approved occupants listed in the lease.
