The room is furnished with a bed, side tables, desk, chair, rug and dresser. The room has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The shared spaces are furnished and include a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and game room. The two car garage space will be shared and there is parking in the driveway or street. There is currently one dog and no other pets will be allowed so must be okay with a sweet dog. Room is available now. A one year lease is required. $640 per month including utilities. The home owner keeps one room in the home and will occupy the room (with notice) 1-3 times per year when traveling to Laramie. You will need to fill out an application that includes an background and credit check. You will be required to pay a deposit and last months rent; or a deposit and an approved guarantor that also agrees to have their credit checked; or a deposit and proof of income/bank funds. No smoking or vaping allowed.
