Ongoing responsibilities-
Utilities: The tenant is solely responsible for establishing and maintaining all utility accounts, including electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, and any other services. Accounts must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to or on the move-in date.
Gardening / landscaping: The owner will arrange and cover the cost of routine gardening and landscaping services. The tenant is not responsible for lawn maintenance, but is expected to keep outdoor areas tidy between scheduled visits.
Application requirements-
Credit check Required: All applicants, if selected by Owner, are required to undergo a credit check as part of the approval process. Tenancy is contingent upon satisfactory results. A non-refundable application fee of $48 covers the cost of the credit report and screening.
