$800 room (currently occupied) with attached, private bathroom available July 25 (potentially earlier, but we'd like to fill it by August 1). Utilities run $80-$110, Deposit is one month's rent. This lease is month-to-month, but we have a longstanding 7-year relationship with the landlord. There is ample yard space for projects or gardening, as well as some storage space available in the attic. We have laundry, and a theater room downstairs. Parking is on the street out front, but always readily available. We have a fairly relaxed/quiet living environment, with occasional social gatherings, free of substance abuse. Someone friendly, responsible, and communicative would fit well here, who is generally accepting of all genders and ethnic backgrounds. We are in our mid-30's, and don't care how old you are. We both work outside the home with regular schedules. Overall, just want someone good and thoughtful, who can live in harmony with other adults. One small and mellow dog lives here, and we are open to one additional friendly pet. Location is convenient, near Washington/I-70/I-25 interchange, Ft. Greene, Mission Ballroom. We are willing to trade off with pet care if you come with a pet and it's a good fit for everyone. Must be able to show proof of employment/income and pass a background check.
