Flexible arrangements may be discussed. 2. Rent Payment Policy Rent is $8,000/month, due by the 3rd of each month. A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received within 5 days after the due date. Payments accepted via Zelle or Stripe. 3. Security Deposit A $3,000 security deposit is required upon signing. Refundable within 7 days after move-out, less deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations. 4. Utilities Utilities are negotiable. A $300 electricity and gas cap may be applied if agreed.
