    I re-listed this property for $2800, not $2700. I have decided to include water and sewer which may actually save you money. Half the year $50 per month and $150-$200 per month for the other half - I just put $3k into sod last summer and need to be sure watering the grass happens. Available March 15th - Great open floor plan - completely finished basement with bathroom. Wonderful fully fenced-in back yard with covered patio. 2 car attached garage with great storage areas. The unit is currently rented by the room and tenants will be moving out over the next month or so. In person showing may not be available until mid-late February.
