The studio unit has brand new paint , floor, bathroom, and kitchenette. Very small kitchen area only suitable for One Single Occupant with a small washer/dryer combo unit. I am not a company, private owner that lives on property. The property does have a pool which would be great for the occasional dip. The pool deck is also brand new and peaceful and relaxing . Fridge is 4.9 cu with a freezer compartment in the bottom. Convectional Oven on top is both a microwave, oven, and air fryer. It has both a vent , light, and heater combo above the toilet . This efficient vent fan is great for both the restroom and kitchen side when cooking. The lights inside bedroom shave small LEDS with built in fans. Little tiny powerful fans with great ventilation. When they are both on, they vent the whole room great. Pictures show unit empty to try and show size. Unit will be furnished with a queen bed , 2 person seating table and smaller dresser /TV. No Pets , sorry. I have two dogs in the backyard that are great with humans and to protect but I would hate for them to react toward another animal wrong. Please keep in mind, home is still under rehab. We bought this home 8 months ago and have spent 100k on it. We are still finishing up exterior paint and small details. We recently poured a huge front parking pad. It is a 3 car parking with one parking spot designated for this unit. Street parking is available through out the block but can be limited. Thank You Owner pays for water /trash. Electricity is 75 dollars a month flat rate.
