My parents bought this house brand new in 2000 I bought the place in 2018 and I now rent it to my son . The house sits in a nice county setting with nothing to be done outside or inside the house. I put a new metal roofing on the house in 2021 so it’s on 1 acres, drilled well and septic . There is a wheelchair access to get into the house plus a nice deck in the front . Gravel driveway .
