Hi there! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit at Summer House apartments. You would have your own bedroom with a closet. The room is about 9 by 10 feet. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. Since the room is the smallest, you would get your own personal bathroom, which is a major game changer (shown in the pictures below). The living room and kitchen are both communal. Our building has a laundry facility on our floor. The complex has a pool and a 24 hour gym that is free for all residents. Rent is $869 a month. Parking is available on the street, although, it can be tricky sometimes. You have to be ok with walking a couple of blocks if you get home past 6pm. If you're not ok with walking a couple of blocks, you can pay an additional $100 a month for a parking permit. All parking at the complex is unassigned and first come first serve, but there wil AWLAYS be a spot. Utilities are usually about $80 a month. The apartment is only 5 mins away from Target, Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Michaels, and a whole bunch of restaurants including In N Out! Your future roommates are two awesome individuals. Mariam is a 27 year old who works for a hotel and loves to watch Grey's Anatomy. Sabi is a 23 year old who loves watching cartoons and is usually at her boyfriend's place. Your other roommate is an adorable German Shepherd/Husky mix named Winter. She belongs to Mariam and is incredibly sweet, energetic, and fun to play with.
