Utilities range about $15-$25 per month. Heat and hot water is included. Laundry is available in the building. Parking is also available for $100 per month if needed. The sublet would be subletting the room from Feb/March thru Aug with an option to renew if needed so you wouldn't have to deal with moving again. We are both working professionals. My roommate works in the Engineering field. We are both laid back, respectful and clean. The unit is located in a convenient area for young working professionals and students. It is close to nearby gyms, lots of restaurants, public transit, bars, grocery stores. It will rent fast given the neighborhood. Management requires first, last and security upfront so would be total $2100 needed upfront but they are pretty flexible if needed. Laundry if available in the building. Management does not allow pets or smoking. There is parking available if needed at a cost of $100 per month. The place is really nice but the room itself does not have a closet so you will need to get separate clothes drawers for clothes etc. We do have additional space in the storage closet if you need that as well to hang your clothes.
