Small, cozy and very functional home. Well insulated with good, sturdy bones. Old-style with high ceilings. Full kitchen remodel. Bathroom updated as well. Solar panels installed. Electrical being fully updated currently. Right next to the train tracks, noise you get used to quickly in my family’s experience. The good insulation helps tremendously with the noise and vibration. On the highway side of the tracks though and so only East is occasionally inaccessible due to trains. IMPORTANT: there are known, major foundation issues. The price is open to negotiations.
