About the property: - Classic Denver bungalow built in 1908 - 1700 sqft - 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were recently remodeled. The kitchen and main bathroom are in the process of being remodeled and will be done before move-in. - 2 car garage in back with additional alley and easy street parking. - Front porch and back patio (landscaping upgrades incoming as well) - A/C and heating systems - Washer and Dryer Rent is $3,400 for a tenant with well-referenced rental and work history. One month security deposit + first month's rent ($6,800) due before move-in. We are targeting a June 1st move-in date for new tenants. This is dependent on remodeling being completed on time - will have greater certainty on exact move-in date as it gets closer. Please do not bother the current tenants.
