Both front and back yards are fenced in. Back yard has a nice updated deck. Front yard has two garden beds. There is a shed in the backyard for lawn maintenance tool storage, or outdoor gear storage, ect. It locks. All tennants are sublessees and subject to the terms of main lease. Would prefer 1yr sublease since that is how long the lease is but i am willing to discuss month to month. Utilities are included in rent. Deposit is 1 months rent. We have a many pets/service/esa animals we are allowed so please no animals. I am the tenant on record meaning i hold the actual lease to the house and everyone is subleasing from me. I live in the basement unit.
