NO FEE AMAZING DEAL Beautiful 3 Bedroom Apartment All Hardwood Floors, Large eat in Kitchen. This apartment is in wonderful Washington Heights. Fantastic restaurants!! Some of my favorites are 181 Cabrini Cafe, Emmy Lous , Thai, The usual Starbucks, Dominos, McDonalds etc. Riverside Park is a few blocks from the apartment and if you are bikers you will LOVE this trail. It winds through the trees along the Hudson and you can go for miles and miles, stop at the Boat House for lunch or cappuccinos and then ride back.It is 17 minutes or so to Times Square on the A subway which is around the corner. It is 5 stops, however the first stop is only 5 blocks so its really 4! The train is express so it zips along.In this apartments you will feel like a real New Yorker. You can zip to tourist spots or hang out in the neighborhood. Of course Big Apple bus tours come here too.. so you can use hop on hop off if you wish (though the subway is faster!!)
