Hello, A few important details are that it is on the third Floor(so many steps) the room would be for you alone but the floor and the bathroom is shared with three other tennants. Once a week the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Each room has its own refrigerator and TV. The garbage gets taken out twice a week Monday and Thursday recycle is only Monday. There is a shared Microwave No kitchen(Nor makeshift) at the moment, in the future it will be a shared kitchen.
