Freshly painted three bedroom, two bath home, with a car port, deck and large backyard. It has a gas station within walking distance, altgough being near providence it's semi-rural (you will see deer and possums), and the neighbors are friendly. Our lease is a 30 day term soo no one feels trapped by it. Renter is responsible for electric, and water, there's no gas. Smoking is fine outside the house, there's even a deck. Smoking inside the house however is a problem as it's impossible to get the smell out once it's seeped into the walls. No pets is the default, it does not extend to aquariums. Soo fish tanks are fine.
