The apartment is in the West View apartment building (4532 Steinbeck St), owned and managed by Jensen Group. Some more information: - Rent is $775/month - Included in rent is internet, cable, and trash pickup. - Utilities are through Ames Utilities and Alliant Energy. Combined they are ~$75/month. - There's your own washer and dryer in the apartment so no communal, whole building units. - The apartment is on a corner on the 3rd floor. I always liked this fact because you can get an awesome cross breeze running through the apartment if you open the balcony door and bedroom windows. - The balcony has a decent view (not just staring at the side of another apartment building). - The neighbors are quiet. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. You'll need your own microwave if you want one. - There's a CyRide bus stop just a few feet outside the apartment building door. - The apartment company does not allow cats or dogs on the 3rd floor, but caged animals are allowed.
