The apartment is a 4/4 and the sublease would be for 1 room and 1 bathroom. $333 for rent plus utilities. Must provide $350 security deposit or a cosigner. The room comes unfurnished, but can furnish bed with mattress, desk, chest, and night stand for an additional $600. Otherwise, I will also be selling the furniture listed above which has only been used for the 3 months I have been here. You will have 3 lovely female roommates who are all graduate students at Ball State. The apartment comes with washer and dryer, cable, and internet for no additional charge.
