All persons 18+ must submit an application for screening. $75 application fee non refundable per applicant. Once approved, deposit must be received within 24 hours to remove the home from advertisement and lease will be sent once deposit is received. Unless otherwise specified in this ad, all utilities including water, gas, electric, trash and cable/internet are the responsibility of the resident to establish prior to move in date. Proof of establishment will be required before keys are provided. There is a mandatory $10 technology fee added to every lease agreement and is due each month with rent. This is for access to the resident portal for documents such as lease agreements, renewals, office communication via chat features, maintenance dashboard access to review submitted work orders, completed work orders, etc. Unless otherwise specified in this ad, pets are conditional upon owner approval. Pet fees equate to $200 per pet due prior to move in. This is an upfront cost and is not a deposit and will not be refunded. This does not cover any damage done to the home by the pet. We have a max of 3 pets and restricted breeds are forbidden. Moving forward after the initial fees are paid, + $20 pet rent per month per pet.
