There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes a full fridge, a stove, microwave, crock pot, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and tub. There is also a patio with a table and chairs but no grill. There is a small washer and dryer in the unit. There are paths nearby and a community SEASONAL pool. Internet and utilities up to $110.00 are included. Tenant is responsible for paying utility charges in excess of $110 per month. HOA allows one pet. Things to Note: The condo is cooled by two portable AC units. There is not central air. The small washer and dryer in the unit can only handle small loads and is somewhat inefficient since they operate on 110v. The community laundry works best for large loads.
