Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received with priority going to those that have toured the house. If multiple tenants are applying together, the application is considered complete once all parties have submitted their applications. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. The rent is $2,350 per month for a one-year lease with a $1,500 refundable security deposit. Applications will be submitted through Zillow Rentals and they charge a $29 application fee for each applicant. Proof of income (2x monthly rent), verified rental history, and credit check required. A background check is required for all adults that will be living at the house, regardless of whether they are financially responsible parties. Proof of renter's insurance required before move-in. The landlord provides garbage, recycling, and yard waste service as well as yard maintenance. The tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water, internet, and all other utilities. Sorry, no pets are allowed. There is no smoking allowed in any inside spaces. This home does not meet accessibility requirements.
