I am somewhat flexible when it comes to the start date but ideally looking for someone who could move in early April. The unit is on the top (3rd) floor in the back corner of small apartment building. (It is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.) It is the second largest 1 bedroom unit in the building with lots of natural light, high ceilings and the building's original hardwood floors. The entire building was remodeled in 2019. The kitchen has granite countertops, new maple cabinets, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Both the living room and bedroom have new built-in, remote-controlled wall AC units that also function as heaters. Laundry is in the basement and card operated! The building is 10 minutes walking distance from 46th St. Station (MFL), and a few minutes walking distance from both the 34 trolley line and 42 bus line. Aldi, Supremo and the Mariposa Coop are all within walking distance. Clark Park is a 10 minute walk down Baltimore Ave, and plenty of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The management for the building has been responsive and attentive the few times I've needed to contact them for maintenance. Requests are made and rent is paid through a convenient online portal. If you are interested and have any questions, please feel free to ask! Rent is $1190/month with water included, but you'd be responsible for electricity and wifi. Pets are allowed with a deposit and monthly fee. (Big orange cat unfortunately not included.) The lease goes through June 30th with the option to renew. An application with a credit check is required, and first month, last month and security are required to move in.
