The PG and E bill (gas and electric) is variable depending on cooking and light/electric use by tenant. Residents must break down their garbage into three categories, landfill, recyclables and compostables. This is required by the City of San Francisco. We require our tenants to inform us of any maintenance problems in the apartment. We can repair/fix those problems, but we must be informed of them by the tenant. No parking is provided. This is a non-smoking apartment. $40.00 nonrefundable application fee. We do not accept pets, however we do accept assistance animals with proper medical verification.
