The unit is spacious and is in a nice Normal Heights neighborhood; 5 minute walk from Adams Avenue/Kensington with plenty of shops surrounding, including a short walk to Vons, public transport, and a park. Nathaniel and I are both about 30. Nathaniel works hybrid/remote for a natural resource company. I am a general manager at a local restaurants who likes to drink coffee, work out and do art. We're both friendly around the house and are open to living with either a male or female, non-smoker. We're not neat freaks and don't care if your room is messy as long as the shared spaces are kept somewhat clean and organized.
