Great home with fenced back yard! Vinyl plank floors and freshly painted cabinets and vanities. New garage door being installed on April 20th. This house is one of the ones that flooded the year of the flash flooding, when the city had a drainage channel issue. Supposedly that has been corrected, however, We chose to have flood insurance but it was not required. It cost us $718 a year.
