We're looking to rent a room in our spacious 3-story rowhome in West Philly! The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, as well as a double living room, and a furnished front porch and back patio. The room is on the second floor, and would share a bathroom with one other person. We also have a workout space with Peloton treadmill and weights on our basement floor, and a half-bath on the main floor. The three people living here are all 20s-30s working professionals. Each room is priced at $1100, with a total monthly of $1250 (gas, electric, central heat/AC, cable/Netflix, wifi, and other monthly bills included). The house is walking distance from multiple grocery stores and convenience stores. We have easy access to multiple public transit lines that take you directly to campus or downtown. Move-in dates are flexible. The shared areas of the house are furnished, and we have options for the bedrooms to be furnished if you are interested.
