The house will be available for move in on May 1st! This is our nanas house and we just want a family in here to make memories and take care of the house as much as we always have! Renter responsible for all utilities, lease is 1 year minimum but open to longer based on renter preference. No smoking inside the home, tenant responsible for all general upkeep of the home inside and out.
